To provide the highest level of service, upon completion of service a photo is taken of the service provided. Then the photo is emailed along with chemical status, and any concerns at time of the pool care.

Included with Full-Service Pool/Spa Care:

  • Weekly Pool/Spa services including; cleaning, scrub, brush, skim, and vacuum as needed.
  • Test water chemistry; Chlorine, PH, Alkalinity, Stabilizer, Calcium and salt (salt pools) adjust and shock as needed to maintain the balance.
  • Empty Pool skimmer and pump baskets.
  • Clean filters as needed (Filters should be replaced every 6 months to 1 year).
  • Inspect Pump, Filter, Heater, Chlorinator, Salt Cells.
  • Email with full details of service performed including photos and notes of any concerns.

Questions Regarding Spa Services:

Any questions or concerns regarding our service need to be accompanied by the photos taken post – service. Should a problem be discovered, Infinity will return and remedy the situation immediately.

Once our services are performed, the equipment will take over. This includes proper run time which; circulates everything through the filter, adds additional chlorine, keeps chemical and temperature even throughout the pool/spa, and algae caused by compromised equipment or environment. (Screen covered in Fungi). Additionally, services such as Algae Prevention are available, when Algae is an ongoing concerned. These conditions are the property owners responsibility.
