To provide the highest level of service, upon completion of service a photo is taken of the service provided. Then it is emailed, along with chemical status, and any concerns seen at time of service.

Included with Full-Service Pool/Spa Care:

  • Weekly Pool/Spa cleaning; Scrub, Brush, skim and vaccum as needed.
  • Test water chemistry; Chlorine, PH, Alkalinity, Stabilizer, Calcium and salt (salt pools) adjust and shock as needed to maintain the balance.
  • Empty Pool skimmer and pump baskets.
  • Clean filters as needed (Filters should be replaced every 6 months to 1 year).
  • Inspect Pump, Filter, Heater, Chlorinator, Salt Cells.
  • Email with photos, details of service performed and notes of any concerns.

Questions Regarding Service:

To this end, any questions regarding service in question and supported by the photos provided. Infinity will return and correct the situation.

Once services are performed, the equipment takes over. This includes proper run time which; circulates everything through the filter, adds additional chlorine, keeps chemical and temperature even throughout the pool/spa. Algae caused by compromised equipment or environment. (Screen covered in Fungi) Additionally services such as Algae Preventer are available, where Algae is an ongoing concerned. These conditions are the property owners responsibility.
